A CONSIDERED NEXT CHAPTERDISCOVER AT YOUR OWN PACE
01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

What makes DMC exceptional
already exists.

The right supplier. A remembered preference. The detail that turns a good itinerary into an unforgettable experience.

Experience Intelligence brings approved client, supplier, destination and proposal knowledge closer to the people who need it. It begins with a dependable information foundation, grows into a controlled proposal workflow, and can extend into AI-assisted preparation.

Discovery validates the fit against DMC's real work before implementation is locked.

03 / THREE DELIBERATE ROUTES

The right ambition.
The right-sized pilot.

Choose one complete projected total. B includes A's capabilities; C includes A and B.
The prices are alternatives and are never added together.

OPTION ACOMPLETE PILOT

Information Foundation

A dependable place for DMC knowledge.

R95,000
Projected total · Discovery included
  • Searchable client, supplier, destination and media catalogues.
  • Approved source library with dates, permissions and original references.
  • A branded internal workspace, data administration and team access.
Scope at a glance

A usable production foundation. No enquiry workbench or advanced AI.

OPTION BCOMPLETE PILOT

One connected path from enquiry to proposal.

R125,000
Projected total · Discovery included
  • All Foundation capabilities.
  • Client-linked enquiries, editable briefs and manual shortlists.
  • A proposal workbench with versions, human review, approval and CRM history.
Scope at a glance

Option C is R150,000 in total.

Its R25,000 difference from B is already reflected in that total. Each option includes R15,000 Discovery, production setup, bounded real use, testing, training and acceptance. Final scope and option-specific implementation allocations follow Discovery. A later upgrade is re-scoped and is not guaranteed at today's price difference.

Professional-services fees. VAT is added only if legally chargeable by the relevant invoice issuer. Post-pilot licensing and operating costs are separately agreed.

04 / THE SIGNATURE DIFFERENCE

Your intelligence in.
Your signature out.

A thoughtful preparation process. A distinctly DMC client experience.

Option C helps interpret an enquiry, find relevant approved knowledge, propose editable recommendations and prepare a polished, responsive proposal. Sources and uncertain facts stay visible for your team to check.

This presentation illustrates a visual direction. The pilot's client proposal uses a bounded branded experience, with themes and media agreed at Scope Lock.

05 / THE DELIVERY JOURNEY

Five phases.
One connected outcome.

Knowledge, workflow and AI develop together through the selected route.
Option C's intelligence is integrated throughout phases 2–5.

CURRENT VIEW

Option C · R150,000 projected total

Phase 1 is fixed. The later Option C allocations below are provisional planning amounts, confirmed at Scope Lock.

01Discovery & Scope Lock5–8 working days · planning estimateR15,000Fixed · all options

Map the real workflow. Test the opportunity. Decide what is worth building.

Process and source mapping, requirements, feasibility, privacy and operating-cost review. A prioritised Scope-Lock pack defines the selected option, limits, acceptance criteria and final implementation allocations.

Decision gateDMC chooses to proceed, revise, narrow, restructure or stop.
02Information & Data Foundation8–12 working days · planning estimateR32,000Option C · provisional

Decision gateRecorded real-use evidence and critical issues resolved before continuation.
05Training, Acceptance & Handover5–8 working days · planning estimateR16,000Option C · provisional

Leave the team capable, confident and ready to operate.

Role-based training, user acceptance testing, operating guidance, final handover and the agreed bounded stabilisation window. C includes responsible AI use, source verification and safe publishing.

Decision gateDMC signs acceptance or a precise outstanding-items list. Continued service is a separate choice.

Working-day estimates begin from a valid authorised start and depend on DMC availability, source readiness and Discovery findings. They are planning estimates, not fixed delivery dates. Each phase has an evidence-based continuation gate.

06 / A FOUNDING PARTNERSHIP

Two perspectives.
A shared possibility.

DMC brings the industry knowledge. UpliftAI brings the technology to help it work in new ways.

As founding design partner and intended first licensed tenant, DMC shapes a bounded first implementation through real workflows, team feedback and practical validation.

TECHNICAL DELIVERY

Waldo van der Merwe

Discovery, architecture, engineering and technical acceptance readiness. Enterprise consulting experience at EPI-USE Africa, including Lead Technical Consultant responsibilities.

BUSINESS & ENABLEMENT

Sven Koch

Business and functional facilitation, client liaison, workflow insight and agreed team enablement, bringing the business perspective into the delivery process.

07 / BEYOND THE PILOT

A deliberate choice
to keep going.

Continued production, licensing and support are optional and separately agreed.

No fixed monthly fee is quoted before Discovery. The cost breakdown will reflect the validated users, hosting, storage, model usage, support needs and third-party services.

What still needs a Scope-Lock decision?

Automatic client dispatch, a self-service acceptance portal, booking Kanban, unrestricted website generation and autonomous learning are wider vision candidates. They enter the pilot only with explicit bounded scope, cost and acceptance criteria; otherwise they remain future work.
